Hi Kelly, Thank you for your beautiful compassionate presence. I will be taking your meditation outside when I walk with my daughter, as we keep social distance during our “girl time”. In fact, I encourage everyone, though you may not be able to stand close to your neighbors, friends, or family members, to give them virtual “hugs” by sensing the beauty around you and sending it’s love to them.

I am grateful to be able to use my lungs to breathe. It means I am still with the gift of life. I am a senior adult with lung disease, I need to be mindful to cope with the threat of this virus, but it is not healthy to dwell on it 24/7. We still are living our lives, just differently

I feel as though I’ve become realigned with my practice. I thought I had lost my way but now realize how much my mindfulness has been incorporated into my daily life, not just in a 1/2 hour set aside for it each day. Thank you.

  11. Lena March 20, 2020 at 3:10 pm

  28. Suzette Misrachi March 20, 2020 at 6:04 am

Hi there! My name is Suzette Misrachi and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I love Kelly’s way of inviting in all of our sensation and perceptions. I try to do that in my clinical work with people who grew up with parents with a serious mental illness. My work is often based on my research entitled: “Lives unseen: unacknowledged trauma of non-disordered, competent Adult Children Of Parents with a Severe Mental Illness”. This work led me to being invited to write brief articles on trauma and grief for mental health practitioners which I then offer to the general public. For those interested in such things, just Google my name. I’m really enjoying this summit. It brings me closer to the outside world, now as I am self-quarantining due to the current Coroner virus emergency. Kelly, you’ve got a lovely way of connecting to others, with just a boring computer at that! It feels like we’ve known you for years… Thanks for this presentation.

A beautiful blend of people sharing from their hearts. It is helping me to reconnect, revive and continue not only my healing journey but to support others along there’s.
    Thank you.

    Thank you for those moments.
