During the event (March 19-22, 2020), please allow 48 hours to respond to customer service requests. After the event has ended, expect a response within 24 hrs. If you do not receive a response within those time frames, please check to make sure you emailed us at the correct email address (community@theawakenetwork.com), search your email, and/or check your spam folder, for a response from us before submitting a second request via email.
