Hi am omid, from Afghanistan
I’m from King City CA and appreciate the summit. I haven’t been able to watch as the internet access here is not working very well, data restrictions, very slow and prolonged download delays. I would appreciate an audio only option if possible and a chance to catch up on the audio. I also think during this time of pandemic, free access would be really appreciated for more than 48 hours, which is generous under usual times.
Thank you Jeannie

Thank you so much for this wonderful, free series. I’m tuning in from Vancouver, WA. I’m taking things day by day, moment by moment, and am doing my best to connect with friends and family each day to check in and support everyone as they handle all of the chaos around us. I have been practicing mindfulness for about 2 years now, and love to focus on mindfulness for self-compassion. I’m so glad to have this helpful resource. Thank you!
Greetings from Carrie in Littleton Colorado.
Thanks so much to all the teachers in session My frame of mind is much more positive in these difficult times. We have been walking on a trail in the early evening sunshine. I have been able to reach out to others. I am looking forward to the next session. May all of us be mindful and happy.
