It is was on Scottish tv the other day that used £4,000 of their own money to make up anti-bacterial gel and wipes to be given out to the elderly people of the town of Falkirk – they just felt they had to so something to keep people safe.

I am looking forward to what I am going to learn today. My mother has been in hospital for 9 weeks and until a care package is arranged for her coming out. She is 91 and I think from Monday morning possibly will not be able to visit her anymore – will find out tomorrow when ‘phone. It has been difficult to know whether to visit her anyway as I am scared in case I might pass anything on to her. She broke her upper arm and is in a lot of pain anyway with osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis and also has vascular dementia. She just wants to get home. It is a worry. I am writing from the north of Scotland.

Just wanted to say thank you for this meditation. I have tried doing traditional Loving Kindness meditations a number of times before but always struggled a little with them. But I really connected with this one and felt a real flood of feelings of love, compassion and gratitude in my heart. Feel really nourished and uplifted after doing this meditation. So thank you Kelly ❤ xx
